  • What is the lead time?
    Approximately 20-35 days, depending on the order.  
  • What's your payment terms?
    The standard payment terms are a 30% deposit, with the balance to be paid upon presentation of a copy of the bill of lading.  
  • How do you perform the quality control?
    We have IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC, which can effectively control the quality of each process.
  • Where is your factory?
    We are located in Wuyi City, Zhejiang Province, and it takes only 2 hours by train to reach Shanghai.
  • Do you offer customized products?
    Yes, we can do OEM and ODM. We have our own technical team that can design and produce according to your ideas.
  • Are products well packed for shipping?
    According to different customer requirements, there are different packaging methods.
  • What information is required for accurate quotation?
    Please provide your preferred model, detailed requirements including size, processing, accessories, packaging, etc. For OEM or ODM orders, it is best to provide samples.
  • How do you deliver the correct product for your order? How can I trust you?
    Of course, you will receive a confirmed shipment. We can show you photos and videos before shipping. We are looking for long-term business, not one-time business. Mutual trust and win-win situation are what we expect.
  • Do you have any samples?
    Yes, the sample is available for you to test. It can be sent or delivered to your designated location in China through international express delivery.
  • What is your production capacity?
    We produce approximately 30000 to 50000 sets per day based on high-quality control.
